CHURCH PLANTING DIRECTOR

JD Pearring joined the PCN team in 2022 to lead our church planting. His vast experience includes planting churches, leading growing congregations and assessing potential new church planters. He is a best-selling author on church planting and also currently serves as the Director of the Excel Leadership Network, Church Planting Lead for Transformation Ministries, and Teaching Team Coach at Journey Church in Elk Grove, CA. JD is a graduate of UCLA and Denver Seminary.

For more than a decade, Excel Leadership Network has made it our mission to spot and equip high-level leaders who feel called to plant churches around the world. We exist to prepare these leaders, send them out, and support them through the journey of church planting. Our advisory team offers over 70 years of combined church planting experience, and that invaluable insight and counsel sets our planters up for success. Our vision comes from the book of Acts, in which we first see the strategy of church planting in action.
